A beautiful top-quality blue larimar and silver pendant necklace. This Larimar stone's blue and white marbled patterns resemble sunlight reflections through crystal clear water onto a sandy beach. Larimar is like tropical water solidified! Set in silver and accented with a silver rope and granules around the stone. The bail on the pendant is made up of a spinning ring - great for fidgety fingers. The pendant hangs from an antiqued chain. All metal is solid 925 sterling silver.

Larimar is also called "Stefilia's Stone", "Atlantis Stone" and the Caribbean Gem. It is a rare blue variety of the silicate mineral pectolite found only in the Dominican Republic. Larimar is a much sought-after stone. Most of it has already been extracted from the mines and there isn't much left.
