Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated shipping times
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday (aside from US postal service holidays). We get your package dropped off at the post office in a timely manner. We can't make any promises for how quickly the Postal Service delivers.
- North America: 3-5 business days
- Europe: 7-14 business days
- Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-14 business days
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. All packages are shipped with tracking so that you can keep an eye on them.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Refunds and Exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
- Contact me within: 30 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation: before item has shipped
Some custom orders are not returnable.
This will be discussed up front before the transaction has taken place. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. All returns have a 15% restocking fee (maximum of $10) applied.
