How do I earn Loyalty Reward points? 

We've got several easy ways to get started earning points, plus earn more points with every purchase. 

• Sign up for the program and start with 200 points! Just click the "Rewards Program" button in the lower right hand corner of your screen to sign up.

• Sign up for our email newsletter and get 200 points! We only send 1-2 messages per month and won't share your info.

• Follow us on Instagram and/or Facebook for 100 points each

• Earn points as you shop! 5 points for each $1 spent here on www.sunlightsilver.com (orders placed on Etsy or Amazon are not eligible for reward points). 

How do I redeem my Loyalty Rewards points?

1. Sign in to your account
2. Click the Reward button in the bottom righthand corner, then click How to redeem
3. Select from your eligible reward options then click on the Redeem button. Your coupon code will appear. Click on Apply coupon now to use that reward within the upcoming order. Coupon code will be saved in your Reward list.

Q. Do my loyalty points expire?

A. Yes. Unused points expire on a 12-month rolling basis, meaning they expire 12 months from when they were earned.

Q. Do I retain points earned for returned products?

A. No. You forfeit any points earned on products that you later return.
