Pretty larimar beaded necklace made up of 4mm multi-color larimar beads. The beads are faceted and catch the light in beautiful and sparkly ways. They are small enough that they can fit through the bail of some pendants. Finished with a 2-inch extender on one end and a lobster clasp on the other. All metal is solid 925 sterling silver.

Larimar, also called "Stefilia's Stone", "Atlantis Stone" and the Caribbean Gem. It is a rare blue variety of the silicate mineral pectolite found only in the Dominican Republic. Larimar is a much sought-after stone. The mine is currently closed with no reopening date yet. The blue and white marbled patterns in Larimar resemble sunlight reflections through crystal clear water onto a sandy beach. Larimar is like tropical water solidified!
