Set in sterling silver and accented with silver granules around the heart. The bail on the pendant is made up of a spinning ring - great for fidgety fingers. The bail is large enough to accommodate beads, chain or Navajo Pearls up to 5mm in diameter. All metal is solid 925 sterling silver.
