Red spiny oyster necklace with a carved flower pendant and sterling silver accents. The spiny oyster beads are a dark red and orange. They are smooth with very few pits (rare for spiny oyster). The pendant is 1 inch in diameter (25mm) and is a beautiful orange red double-sided carved flower. All metal is solid 925 sterling silver.

Spiny oyster shells are found only in the Gulf of California. They are very difficult to harvest and polish which makes spiny oyster much sought after by collectors.
