A gorgeous blue larimar and silver Tahitian Pearl necklace. The baroque Tahitian Pearl has beautiful light and dark gray stripes with a silvery-blue color. The pearl is centered on a strand of small, beautiful blue larimar beads. The larimar is faceted and sparkles in the light shining on it. Accented with silver beads throughout the necklace. All metal is solid 925 sterling silver.

Larimar, also called "Stefilia's Stone", "Atlantis Stone" and the Caribbean Gem. It is a rare blue variety of the silicate mineral pectolite found only in the Dominican Republic. Larimar is a much sought after stone. Most of it has already been extracted from the mines and there isn't much left. The blue and white marbled patterns in Larimar resemble sunlight reflections through crystal clear water onto a sandy beach. Larimar is like tropical water solidified!
