A beautiful dendritic opal Chalcedony and sterling silver necklace. The dendrites look like tree branches covered with snow. It looks like a winter landscape and one of mother natures works of art! Dendritic opal is also called dendritic agate, merlinite and dendritic chalcedony. On the back, I added a few stamped snowflakes. The stone was set in sterling silver and accented with silver beads. It hangs from a sterling silver chain. This is a beautiful one of a kind piece. Bail is made up of 3 spinning rings - great for fidgety fingers. All metal is solid 925 sterling silver.
